Why are some dates marked "Estimated"?

They follow a lunar calendar or wait for an official announcement — for example Islamic holidays, which depend on sighting the new moon. The date shown is the expected one and can move by a day or two.

What does "Day off in lieu" mean?

When a holiday falls on a weekend, the day off moves to a nearby working day, usually the following Monday. Those substitute days are listed separately.
