Why can't I hear anything?
Check your device volume and, on iPhone, the silent switch — Safari mutes web audio while it's on. Sounds never start by themselves; press Play on a card, and press it again to stop.
How are the sounds made?
Each sound is a recipe of oscillators, filtered noise and volume envelopes run by the Web Audio API. Download renders the same recipe to a 16-bit WAV file on your device, so no audio files are stored on or streamed from our servers.
